Terms of Service — AI-Powered Services

SongLee is operated by Jing Lee (李靖), an individual operator based in Beijing, People's Republic of China. In these Terms, SongLee, the operator, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jing Lee (李靖).

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

SongLee is an internet-delivered digital software-as-a-service platform that lets users submit text, images, audio, video, and reference material to supported third-party AI models and APIs for video generation.

SongLee is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance. Seedance and related marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to identify supported third-party AI models.

Access is delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Models, inputs, duration, resolution, audio, aspect ratio, limits, processing time, and credit cost depend on the selected configuration. Features or models may be experimental, unavailable by region, changed, interrupted, or removed.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account and billing information. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your billing email current, do not share credentials, and report suspected unauthorized use to lijing123lll@gmail.com immediately.

If you register for a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Accounts and subscription benefits may not be resold, transferred, or abusively shared without permission.

SongLee offers monthly and annual subscription plans that include credits used for AI generation. Current plan features, prices, credit amounts, delivery schedules, and expiration rules are published at https://www.seedancevideo.online/pricing and displayed before checkout.

Monthly credits are issued after each successful monthly payment and remain valid for 90 days. Annual credits are issued once after each successful annual payment and expire at the end of that annual subscription period. Credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Generation credits are estimated and reserved before provider submission. A completed usable generation consumes the applicable credits; failed or canceled tasks release the reservation under the service's billing logic.

By providing a payment method and subscribing, you expressly authorize the SongLee operator and the payment processor or merchant of record identified at checkout to charge the price and applicable taxes shown there on each monthly or annual billing date until you cancel under Section 6.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. For annual subscriptions, we or the payment provider identified at checkout will send a renewal reminder at least 7 days before the renewal charge. Material price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future renewal.

New SongLee checkouts use Waffo Pancake as the merchant of record and payment processor. Creem may continue to process only legacy subscriptions or transactions originally created through a Creem checkout. Checkout identifies the applicable provider, actual amount charged, applicable taxes, and renewal terms. Unless checkout states otherwise, prices exclude applicable VAT, GST, sales, or similar taxes. The applicable provider may calculate, collect, and remit taxes where required. Complete payment-card data is processed by that provider and is not stored on SongLee servers.

You may cancel automatic renewal online at any time while signed in: open the Plan page, scroll to the subscription actions, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm Cancel at period end. You may also request cancellation from the registered account email by writing to lijing123lll@gmail.com.

The cancellation of automatic renewal is reflected on the Plan page after it is accepted. Your paid plan, benefits, and remaining unexpired credits continue until the current billing period ends, and no later billing period will be charged. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete your SongLee account or records; account deletion is handled under Section 13 and the Privacy Policy.

Because SongLee provides immediately delivered digital services, subscription charges are generally non-refundable except for the cases below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email lijing123lll@gmail.com before initiating a bank dispute. Include the account email and transaction reference, but never send complete card details. We will acknowledge the issue within 2 business days and aim to resolve a verified billing error within 5 business days. We may review transaction, subscription, credit, and delivery records when investigating a dispute or chargeback.

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, images, audio, video, and other input. You grant the SongLee operator and involved service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, technically adapt, and process input only as needed to operate, secure, and support your requested service. We do not use your input to train our own AI model without your explicit consent.

Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party provider terms, we assign to you any rights we may hold in output generated from your input. This does not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or cleared for commercial use. Rights depend on applicable law, human contribution, provider terms, and the rights in your input.

SongLee relies on third-party AI models and APIs. Their systems, policies, queues, errors, and changes may affect results or availability. Review every output before publishing or relying on it.

You may use SongLee only for lawful purposes and must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes illegal or fraudulent content; adult, pornographic, NSFW, sexually suggestive, or child-exploitation content; non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or unauthorized likeness and voice use; serious harm, malware, harassment, or hate; infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights; unauthorized resale or automated access; scraping outputs at scale; training a competing AI model from the service; presenting AI output as licensed medical, legal, or financial professional work; or bypassing moderation, authentication, rate limits, credits, or security controls.

Your use of SongLee is governed by the Privacy Policy linked below. New SongLee checkouts use Waffo Pancake as the merchant of record and PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Creem may continue to process only legacy subscriptions or transactions originally created through a Creem checkout. Complete card data is not stored on our servers.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not delete the account. After a verified account-deletion request, account information, prompts, settings, and generation-history metadata are retained for up to 90 days before deletion or de-identification, subject to the longer transaction, security, backup, and legal periods described in the Privacy Policy.

SongLee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or AI-output accuracy.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or outdated. Do not treat it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Verify important information with a qualified professional before acting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SongLee operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profit, business, goodwill, data, input, output, or opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may reject a request or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a material Terms or policy violation, prohibited content, security risk, fraud, payment reversal, legal requirement, harm to others, or service abuse. If we terminate a prepaid service for a reason other than your breach, we will provide a proportional refund for the unused prepaid portion where appropriate.

You may stop using SongLee at any time, cancel renewal under Section 6, or request account deletion by emailing lijing123lll@gmail.com from the registered address. Account deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before starting formal proceedings, email lijing123lll@gmail.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. For a material change, we will notify existing users through the registered email address or the service at least 14 days before it takes effect where reasonably possible and legally permitted. We will update the effective date and version above.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Billing Policy, and checkout disclosures form the agreement between you and the SongLee operator for the service.
